I started my first tech company at the age of 22 and since then have been deeply involved in building and scaling businesses — from sales and strategy to finance operations and AI-driven automation.
My work spans across entrepreneurship, business strategy, and technology, always with a focus on creating growth and efficiency.
I’m also an active member of global networks such as Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Harvard Angels of Brazil, and Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of South Florida, and a proud fellow of Fundação Estudar in Brazil.
What drives me is turning bold ideas into reality — making innovation practical, sustainable, and impactful.

Who I am

I’m Thiago Narimatsu Felippe — a strategist, entrepreneur, and advisor with a career built on turning complexity into clarity.
I’ve worked across industries helping leaders rethink growth, innovation, and strategy.
My journey started in cybersecurity, where I quickly realized that technology alone doesn’t create change — it’s the people, the processes, and the vision behind it.

Mission & Philosophy

My mission is simple: innovate not just on products, but on go-to-market strategies with confidence.
That means building systems that scale, strategies that differentiate, and cultures that embrace change.
I believe innovation isn’t just about new products — it’s about reimagining business models, finding hidden leverage, and delivering long-term impact.

Books

My current book, A Arte de Inovar (The Art of Innovation), explores how true innovation happens beyond the product — in go-to-market strategies, business models, and the resources that shape competitive advantage. It’s a call for leaders to rethink how they see innovation and to broaden the canvas of what’s possible.

I regularly publish insights and frameworks on innovation, strategy, and the economy. A few recent ideas include:

The hidden power of resource-based thinking and innovative go-to-market strategies.
How the business game is changing with the new geopolitical and technological disruptions.

Tools

I also create practical tools — from go-to-market strategy canvases to innovation scorecards — that teams can apply directly in their organizations.
